How Sourcing Through HDBolt Works
1. Send Your Inquiry
Share your item list, target specifications, quantities, and destination port by email or WhatsApp. A rough sketch or reference standard (DIN/ISO/ASTM) is enough to start.
2. We Quote from Multiple Factories
We collect quotes from qualified factories in the Yongnian cluster, compare pricing and capability, and send you a clear consolidated offer with lead time and MOQ.
3. Sample & Order Confirmation
Samples can be provided before bulk production. Once terms are agreed, we issue a Proforma Invoice and begin production coordination.
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before your goods leave the factory, we inspect dimensions, thread quality, plating, packaging, and markings. You receive a report with photos.
5. Consolidation & Shipping
We handle export documentation, booking, and consolidation into one shipment â FOB, CIF, or DAP as you prefer. One BL, one invoice, one point of contact.
