What does HDBOLT manufacture and supply?
HDBOLT is a fastener manufacturer and supplier in Yongnian, China. We combine strong production capacity with extensive stock to supply bolts, nuts, threaded rods, anchors, screws, washers, stainless steel and brass fasteners for domestic and international orders.
Where is HDBOLT located?
Our address is 2A-5-508, Standard Parts Industrial City, Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei, China. Our location in Yongnian's fastener manufacturing center supports production, warehousing and export delivery.
Do you carry fasteners in stock?
Yes. We maintain extensive stock across our standard fastener range for regular replenishment and mixed-size orders. Send your product list, sizes, grades, finishes and quantities so we can confirm current availability and dispatch timing.
Can you handle bulk and repeat production orders?
Yes. Our production capacity supports bulk fastener orders and repeat supply programs. We confirm specifications, material, finish, inspection, packing and production schedules with each order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, size, grade, finish, available stock and packing format. Stock orders and production orders may have different minimums. Send your item list for a quotation matched to your requirements.
What are your lead times?
Stock orders are scheduled after availability, packing and inspection are confirmed. Production orders depend on quantity, material, finish and any sample or testing requirements. Your quotation will state the agreed dispatch or production schedule.
How do you control product quality?
We check the order specification, dimensions, thread fit, finish, lot identification and packing requirements. Inspection records, sample approval and product testing are agreed according to the product and application. Third-party inspection can be arranged when requested.
Can you supply Mill Test Certificates and inspection reports?
Please state the applicable standard, grade, lot traceability and document requirements in your RFQ. We confirm the available Mill Test Certificates, test reports and inspection records as part of the order, particularly for structural and project fasteners.
Can I combine different fasteners in one order?
Yes. Our product range supports mixed orders of bolts, nuts, washers, rods, anchors and other fasteners. Items are separated and labelled by specification, with an agreed packing list and shipment plan.
Do you offer customer-branded packaging?
Yes. Bulk cartons, inner packs, retail boxes and customer-branded labels are available according to the product and order quantity. Send your packaging artwork, label requirements and carton weight limits for confirmation.
What export and payment arrangements are available?
We arrange export packing and documentation with delivery terms confirmed in the quotation. Tianjin is our primary shipping port; other ports can be agreed. Payment terms, freight arrangements and required documents are confirmed before the order is placed.
How do you handle quality issues after delivery?
Send the order number, product and lot labels, photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review the inspection and shipment records, agree on the appropriate resolution and address the cause with the relevant production or packing process.
