Wedge Anchor sourcing essentials
A wedge anchor (sometimes called a through-bolt or expansion stud anchor) is a heavy-duty concrete anchor consisting of a threaded stud, a small expanding wedge clip near the embedded end, a nut, and a washer. As the nut is tightened, the cone at the bottom pulls upward, expanding the clip against the hole walls and creating high pull-out resistance.

Photos and required reports are organized before consolidated loading and export documentation.
Buyer Questions
Frequently asked questions
How is a wedge anchor installed?
Drill a hole of the specified diameter and depth. Clean the hole (very important — dust on the walls reduces holding strength). Insert the anchor with the nut and washer threaded on. Hammer flush. Tighten the nut to the specified installation torque — this draws the cone upward, expanding the wedge clip.
Can wedge anchors be used in hollow block?
No. Wedge anchors require solid concrete to work properly. In hollow block, the wedge has nothing to bear against. Use a sleeve anchor or chemical anchor in hollow block.
