Eye Bolt
DIN 580 forged eye bolts are lifting hardware — used to attach hooks, slings, and rigging to a load. They are forged (not bent from rod) for proven strength, and load-rated to specific working loads by diameter. For straight (in-line) lifting only unless specified for angular loading.

Quality Control
Checked before consolidation and export
Each order is matched to the specified standard and verified at practical control points before shipment.
RFQ confirmation
Standard, size, grade, pitch, finish, certificates, packing, and destination are locked before production.
Lot verification
Critical dimensions, thread fit, markings, finish appearance, and packing labels are sampled and recorded.
Shipment approval
Photos and required reports are organized before consolidated loading and export documentation.
Buyer Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can DIN 580 eye bolts be used for angular (side) loading?
Standard DIN 580 eye bolts are rated for straight (axial) pull only. Angular loading dramatically reduces the working load — for example, a 45° pull may reduce capacity by 70% or more. For angular lifting, use a swivel hoist ring or specifically rated multi-direction lifting eye, not a standard DIN 580.
Are stainless eye bolts as strong as carbon steel?
Stainless eye bolts (304 or 316) typically have a lower working load limit than equivalent carbon steel eye bolts because austenitic stainless has lower yield strength than the C15E used in DIN 580. Always check the manufacturer's load chart for the specific stainless grade and size.
