Can you supply U-bolts to a custom drawing?
Yes. For custom U-bolts, provide the rod diameter, inside bend dimension (or pipe NPS to clamp), thread length on each leg, and total leg length. We will review the bending and threading requirements and confirm sample approval before production.
Should I order U-bolts with saddle plates?
Saddle plates (curved bearing plates that distribute clamp load on the pipe) are recommended for any pipe-clamping application where pipe deformation matters. They are commonly supplied as a complete U-bolt + saddle + nuts kit.
