U-Bolts — Round, Square & Custom
U-bolts are bent rod fasteners with threaded ends, used to clamp pipes, springs, beams, or other round/rectangular sections. Round-bend U-bolts are most common (suit pipe clamping); square-bend U-bolts are used for square sections such as tubing or leaf springs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you supply U-bolts to a custom drawing?
Yes. U-bolt geometry is straightforward to customize — provide the rod diameter, inside bend dimension (or pipe NPS to clamp), thread length on each leg, and total leg length. We will source from a factory with bending and threading capability and send a sample for approval.
Should I order U-bolts with saddle plates?
Saddle plates (curved bearing plates that distribute clamp load on the pipe) are recommended for any pipe-clamping application where pipe deformation matters. They are commonly supplied as a complete U-bolt + saddle + nuts kit.
