Where is HDBolt located?

HDBolt is based in Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei Province, China. Yongnian is the largest fastener manufacturing cluster in China, with thousands of factories producing a significant share of the country's fastener output.

Is HDBolt a factory?

No. HDBolt is an independent sourcing and export partner. We work with a network of vetted factories inside the Yongnian cluster. This is a deliberate structure — it lets us match each order to the best available factory rather than pushing whatever one factory happens to produce.

Why should I work with a sourcing agent instead of going direct to a factory?

Because most factories specialize in a narrow product range, and because most fastener orders involve multiple item types. A sourcing agent located inside the cluster can combine bolts from one specialist, nuts from another, and anchors from a third — all with unified inspection, one Bill of Lading, and one point of contact.

What are your typical MOQs?

For stock items in common sizes, MOQ can be as low as a few cartons. For custom production, MOQ is typically 5,000–50,000 pieces per SKU, set by the producing factory. On mixed orders we can often keep total MOQ practical by sourcing several items in stock quantities together.

What are your typical lead times?

7–15 days for standard stock items. 25–45 days for custom production, depending on quantity, material, and surface finish. Expect an additional 7–10 days for trucking to port and shipment booking.

What payment terms do you accept?

Most orders are handled on 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against pre-shipment inspection and before Bill of Lading release. For larger or repeat orders, L/C at sight is also accepted. We do not require 100% upfront payment.

What Incoterms do you offer?

EXW, FOB (Tianjin or Qingdao), CIF, and DAP. For first-time orders, FOB is typically the cleanest arrangement. For buyers who want door-to-door delivery, we can arrange DAP with trusted freight partners.

Do you handle quality inspection?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection is standard on every order — we inspect dimensions, thread quality, surface finish, packaging, and marking, and send you a photo report before goods ship. For regulated applications, we can arrange third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas at the buyer's cost.

Can I visit your office and the factories?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit Yongnian. We can arrange factory tours, meetings, and airport pickup from Beijing, Shijiazhuang, or Handan. We encourage visits from any buyer considering a long-term relationship.

What happens if there is a quality issue after delivery?

If a quality issue is traceable to the original production, we work with the producing factory to either replace the defective goods on the next shipment or provide a credit against future orders. We expect pre-shipment inspection to catch most issues, but we stand behind what we ship.

Do you support OEM / private-label packaging?

Yes. OEM retail packaging — blister cards, color boxes, private-labeled cartons with your logo — is a common arrangement. MOQ for custom packaging depends on the packaging type but usually starts from a few thousand pieces per SKU.

What languages do you work in?

Our working language is English. Quotations, invoices, and all written communication are in English.
