About HDBolt

HDBolt is an independent fastener sourcing and export partner based in Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei — the largest fastener manufacturing cluster in China and one of the largest in the world.

What we are — and what we are not

We are an independent sourcing and export partner. We are not a factory. We do not pretend to manufacture the products we sell.

What we actually do: we sit inside the Yongnian fastener cluster, we know which factory makes which product best, and we work as the buying agent for international customers who don't have someone on the ground in China. We negotiate, we inspect, we consolidate, and we ship. The factory makes the product; we make sure you get what you ordered.

Many customers prefer this to dealing directly with a factory or a generic trading company. A factory wants you to buy what they make. A generic trader marks up everything they touch. An independent sourcing partner picks the right factory for each line item and works for you, not for the factory.

Where we sit

Yongnian Industrial City has thousands of fastener factories — covering hex bolts, nuts, screws, threaded rods, anchors, washers, stainless steel, and specialty fasteners. The cluster handles a substantial fraction of global production. We are physically present here, walking factory floors when we need to, sampling production, inspecting before shipment.

Our location is also practical for export: Tianjin Port is approximately 480 km away, with regular trucking to the port and weekly sailings to North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

How we work

1. Inquiry: You send specifications, drawings, or sample images. We respond with sourceable options and indicative pricing.
2. Quotation: Detailed quotation with product specifications, factory information, lead time, packaging, and FOB / CIF pricing.
3. Sample (optional): Pre-production samples for new items or new customers. Sample cost typically refundable on production order.
4. Production: 7–15 days for stocked items, 15–30 days for production-to-order, longer for custom drawings.
5. Inspection: Pre-shipment inspection — dimensional check, surface finish, packaging, photographs to you for approval.
6. Shipping: Consolidated container loading, export documentation, B/L issued and forwarded.
